This set of six nominal 8.5″X5.5″X2.5″ Driveway Paver Molds were designed to be used in a packed sand base installation for driveways. When cured correctly, and installed properly over a sand base, they will support vehicular traffic with no problems at all. They can also be used for just pedestrian traffic if desired. We normally recommend that they be poured to the full 2.5″ thickness for a driveway application as mentioned, but they can be poured thinner for other types of installations, like a patio, path, garden walk, etc.

Our paver molds, like our stone, tile and brick molds, can be used hundreds of times if used and cared for per our simple instructions. These molds are made with .060 H.I. Industrial ABS plastic for strength, flexibility, and durability.

Molds are made with .060 H.I. rubberized ABS plastic for long life and hundreds of pours. They are self-supporting, so need no shell to hold them up like some of the cheap polystyrene molds available elsewhere. Molds are cut down from master sheet prior to shipping for ease of use during pouring and de-molding, and to further protect them during shipping.
