"Can I really do this?
YES... YOU CAN!"
Most of the project photos on our websites were completed by customers who had never worked with concrete or molds before...
It's as easy as making a cake, except no oven is needed!
1. Lubricate the molds... a light vegetable oil will do if you have no mold release...
2. Mix the bag of pre-mix concrete according to directions... (shovel, water, and something to mix in needed)
3. Add some cement color ( optional )... unless you just want plain gray...
4. Pour the concrete into the mold... vibrate and bounce a bit to level and release air bubbles...
5. Let them sit a day or so undisturbed on a level surface, covered with plastic... overnight is usually fine...
6. Flip the molds over the next day... and take the stones, pavers, or tile out of the molds!
7. Cover with a sheet of plastic again, and let cure for a few days.

Our customers are making their own concrete products right at home, for $0.28 to $0.65 cents per square foot, depending on the item and thickness desired. That's a savings of up to 90% off normal retail prices.
Most of the photos on our websites are of projects done by our customers. Not only because they made the stone for a fraction of what it would have cost them if they had gone to a distributor... Not so much because the process is simple... But for the pride and self gratification of doing it themselves! One of our customers put it this way... "This stone project will be my legacy"
Why pay six to twelve dollars or more per square foot for man-made stone, when you can make it yourself for a fraction of that price? And you can get the colors and the styles you want! No need to "settle" for a tile color you really don't want, when you can make your own custom-colored tile for pennies per square foot. And as many women as men are casting their own concrete stone.
The cost to cast the stone or tile is a fraction of the value added to your home as a result of adding it! The stone, tile, brick, and pavers that you cast will last a lifetime and beyond! Many of our customers, men and women, end up starting a small business casting stone, pavers, and tile !
We teach you how you can make hand-crafted, professional-looking, concrete products with our FREE instructions.

YOU CAN MAKE VIRTUALLY ANY STYLE OR COLOR OF STONE, PAVERS, TILE, AND MORE... WITH OUR EASY-TO-USE MOLDS!
WE'LL SHOW YOU HOW!
- Variety of Patterns Within The Same Styles:
Many of our mold styles are made with from 2-8 different surface patterns, yet still within the same general style. As an example, our #1120 Slate Tile Mold style offers four different “base patterns” of slate texture within that style. Our #0923, Antique Used Brick Molds, offer a mix of many different patterns and textures within that design. These were made using actual 100+ year-old bricks from a Chicago factory. They were sliced into thin veneer bricks, then used to make our master stones. Molds may also differ slightly as to the depth of the individual pattern, as we often vary the vacuum during manufacturing the molds, add talc (in the form of baby powder), or change other variables to accomplish the unique designs found in our molds, and thus, in your stones and tiles.
- Baby Powder Fragrance:
The “baby powder” fragrance you may notice on our molds is due to us using baby powder during thermoforming. It serves two purposes. It acts as a release agent to make manufacturing more efficient, and depending on the mold style, may be used in a heavier form to make individual mold styles unique one-of-a-kind designs. As an example, this “powdering” technique is used extensively during the manufacturing of our Rustic Series Molds. The powder piles in certain areas and forms additional ridges that compliment the "base" patterns.
- Cutting & Trimming Mold Sheets:
A number of our mold styles may be shipped to you as part of a sheet, which you may want to separate before using. Or, you may want to trim selvedge from individual molds to conserve storage space. The main reason we ship our molds out with extra selvedge is to help protect them during shipping. To trim selvedge, follow the directions on the "Instructions" sheet included with each order.
- Mold Care Reminder:
When possible, store your molds on their edges, leaning against each other. If you must store your molds “flat”, be sure not to press them too firmly into each other, and don't stack them too high. If you do, you may find split and cracked corners the next time you try to use them. Keep your molds out of direct sunlight, and away from heat sources.
- Mold Ordering:
Understand that a mold "sheet" is different from an individual "mold". There may be as many as fifteen or more molds on a sheet. You are usually purchasing each individual mold, or "cavity" when you order… not the entire sheet.
